This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Customer", "Licensee", "you") and DevKodes ("DevKodes", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of DevKodes software products. By downloading, installing, activating, or using any DevKodes software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement and successful purchase of a valid license, DevKodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the software solely for your own internal business or personal purposes. The license granted does not transfer ownership of the software.
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the software, including source code, object code, documentation, graphics, user interface, branding, trademarks, updates, and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of DevKodes.
Certain products require online activation using a valid license key. During activation, the software may communicate with DevKodes' licensing servers to verify license validity, license status, product version, activated domain, and number of permitted activations. Activation is required to unlock licensed functionality.
Where applicable, licenses may be associated with one or more domains. The number of permitted domains depends on the license purchased. Using a license on more domains than permitted constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
To protect against unauthorized use, licensed software may periodically verify license validity with DevKodes' licensing servers. Failure to validate a license may result in license warnings, restricted functionality, suspension of premium features, or license deactivation where permitted by law. License validation does not collect unnecessary personal information.

DevKodes may provide security updates, bug fixes, performance improvements, feature enhancements, and compatibility updates. The availability and duration of updates depend on the product and the license purchased.
Support is provided according to the support terms applicable to your purchase. Support may include installation assistance, activation issues, license assistance, bug reporting, and product guidance. Support does not include custom development, customization, or consulting unless separately agreed in writing.
Some products may include third-party open source libraries. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights granted under those licenses.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by DevKodes, licenses may not be transferred, assigned, or resold to another individual or organization.
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement, fraudulent activity is detected, unauthorized distribution occurs, or payment is reversed through a chargeback resulting in cancellation of the purchase. Upon termination, you must stop using the software, remove all installations, destroy all copies under your control, and cease further use of the license key.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevKodes disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Customers are responsible for testing the software in their own environment and maintaining appropriate backups before installation or updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevKodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime. In all cases, DevKodes' total liability arising from the software shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade, and sanctions laws when using or distributing the software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
DevKodes actively protects its intellectual property. The use, distribution, sale, publication, or sharing of unauthorized copies, modified versions, license keys, or activation bypasses is strictly prohibited. DevKodes reserves the right to suspend affected licenses, deny support, pursue legal remedies where appropriate, and cooperate with payment providers or marketplaces in investigating software piracy and license abuse.
DevKodes may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the DevKodes website. Continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
